Email support@vectizy.com with your name, your company and the load or shipment number if it is about one. Drivers on a load can also message Vectizy from the trip in the Vectizy Driver app.
Delete your account
On the website, sign in and open Your account. In the Vectizy Driver app, tap Account on My trips. Deleting erases your name, email, phone number, notices and devices at once; the Privacy Policy explains what Vectizy must keep. If you can't sign in, email privacy@vectizy.com from the address on the account.
