Shipper Agreement

1. When the company accepts a quote, Vectizy, as a licensed broker, arranges transportation of
   that shipment by a motor carrier at the quoted price.
2. The company describes each shipment accurately (commodity, weight, dimensions, value,
   hazardous materials) and has it ready at the stated times. Extra charges such as detention
   apply as shown on the quote and invoice.
3. The company pays each invoice by its due date. Late amounts may be charged interest as the
   law allows.
4. Cargo loss and damage claims are made against the motor carrier under 49 U.S.C. 14706; Vectizy
   helps file and pursue them. The company should insure freight above the carrier's limits.
5. The company will not arrange freight directly with carriers it was introduced to through
   Vectizy for twelve months after their last load together.
6. This agreement and the Terms of Service apply to every shipment the company books.
