Terms of Service

Draft for testing Vectizy. Not yet in force; counsel will replace this text.

1. Vectizy Technologies provides software for arranging, tracking and paying for freight
   transportation. Freight brokerage is provided by Vectizy's licensed brokerage, which is
   named on each rate confirmation and invoice.
2. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at once if you
   think someone else has used your account.
3. You may use Vectizy only for lawful freight. You will not misdescribe freight, hazardous
   materials or values, or use Vectizy to contact another company's customers or carriers to
   take their business away from Vectizy.
4. Prices, rates, payment terms and liability for each load are set by the documents for that
   load (quote, rate confirmation, invoice, bill of lading), which prevail over these terms.
5. Vectizy may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
6. Vectizy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Vectizy's liability for the software
   is limited to the fees you paid Vectizy in the three months before the claim.
7. We may change these terms. You will be asked to accept a new version before you carry on.
